The General Body Assembly discussed matters related to the renewal of institutional memberships. The decisions and procedures regarding renewal were deliberated and formally recorded for implementation. It was resolved that the renewal fee for institutional membership shall be Rs. 30,000/- for a period of 15 years. Each institutional membership is entitled to nominate two members to attend the conference, and these representatives shall be treated as life members.

It was further resolved that the membership fee for foreign institutions from the Global South shall be the same as that applicable to Indian institutions. The Global South includes countries in Asia, Africa, Latin America, and Oceania.
